2026年4月20日下午，海南省渔业协会与海南海垦海洋产业集团有限公司交流座谈会在海南省渔业协会会议室圆满举行。双方立足海南海洋经济高质量发展大局，围绕海洋渔业产业发展、资源整合、产业协同等相关议题开展深入交流，积极探讨合作契机，共话海洋产业发展前景。

On the afternoon of April 20, 2026, a discussion meeting between the Hainan Fisheries Association and Hainan State Farms Marine Industry Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the Association’s meeting room. Both sides focused on the overall goal of high-quality development of Hainan’s marine economy and conducted in-depth exchanges on topics such as marine fisheries industry development, resource integration, and industrial coordination, actively exploring cooperation opportunities and discussing future development prospects.

Wu Zhidu, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hainan State Farms Marine Industry Group Co., Ltd., led a delegation of company representatives to visit. The President, Senior Advisor, and other relevant officials of the Hainan Fisheries Association attended the meeting.

座谈会上，钟英西会长代表协会对海垦海洋产业集团一行的到来表示热烈欢迎，详细介绍了海南省渔业协会发展概况、行业服务职能，以及协会会员单位、渔业企业发展现状与产业布局情况，就海南海洋渔业产业发展趋势、现存机遇与发展方向进行分享。

At the meeting, President Zhong Yingxi, on behalf of the Association, warmly welcomed the delegation from Hainan State Farms Marine Industry Group. He introduced the Association’s development, its industry service functions, the status of member units and fisheries enterprises, and the overall industry layout, and shared insights on development trends, existing opportunities, and future directions of Hainan’s marine fisheries industry.

海南海垦海洋产业集团有限公司董事长吴志铎介绍了集团海洋产业发展布局及重点项目推进情况，并就金鲳鱼养殖相关技术与协会进行深入交流，希望借助协会平台对相关养殖技术与成功经验进行推广。吴志铎表示，集团2025年在三亚开展的金鲳鱼养殖项目喜获丰收，产量达300余万斤，取得了良好工作成效，也为海南深远海养殖产业发展积累了宝贵实践经验。

Wu Zhidu, Chairman of Hainan State Farms Marine Industry Group Co., Ltd., introduced the Group’s marine industry layout and the progress of key projects. He also conducted in-depth exchanges with the Association on technologies related to golden pompano aquaculture and expressed the hope of using the Association’s platform to promote related technologies and successful experience. Wu Zhidu noted that the Group’s golden pompano farming project in Sanya in 2025 achieved a successful harvest, with a production of over 3 million jin, delivering good results and providing valuable practical experience for the development of deep-sea aquaculture in Hainan.

交流过程中，双方围绕海洋渔业规范化发展、产业标准建设、海洋资源统筹利用等相关内容充分沟通、交换意见，深入交流行业发展思路与看法。渔业在养殖、加工、渔港经济区等方面深度融合，共谋海洋经济发展。

During the exchange, both sides held full discussions and exchanged views on the standardized development of marine fisheries, industry standards construction, and coordinated use of marine resources. They also shared ideas and perspectives on industry development. The integration of fisheries in aquaculture, processing, and fishing port economic zones was discussed to jointly promote the development of the marine economy.

此次座谈会为双方搭建了高效的沟通交流平台，进一步增进了彼此了解，明晰了行业发展规范要求。后续，双方将持续保持沟通对接，密切关注行业发展动态，共同助力海南海洋渔业产业规范化、规模化、高质量发展。

This meeting provided an efficient platform for communication and exchange, further enhancing mutual understanding and clarifying industry development requirements.
