2026年4月20日，海南农商银行海口红城湖支行相关负责人一行来到海南省渔业协会座谈交流。双方围绕金融支持海南海洋渔业发展、完善渔业养殖领域金融服务、助力海洋经济建设等方面进行深入沟通，共商合作方向与落实举措。

On April 20, 2026, a delegation led by relevant officials from the Haikou Hongchenghu Sub-branch of Hainan Rural Commercial Bank visited the Hainan Fisheries Association for discussion and exchange. Both sides held in-depth communication on financial support for the development of Hainan’s marine fisheries, improvement of financial services in the aquaculture sector, and support for marine economic development, and discussed cooperation directions and implementation measures.

海南省渔业协会会长钟英西、高级顾问周永淦、秘书长等协会相关负责人，海南农商银行海口红城湖支行行长叶华强及相关业务负责人共同参加座谈，双方就海洋渔业养殖金融服务相关事宜展开充分交流。

President Zhong Yingxi, Senior Advisor Zhou Yonggan, the Secretary-General and other relevant officials of the Hainan Fisheries Association, together with Branch President Ye Huaqiang and relevant business officials from the Haikou Hongchenghu Sub-branch of Hainan Rural Commercial Bank, attended the meeting. Both sides conducted thorough exchanges on financial services related to marine aquaculture.

协会希望，金融机构能够进一步贴近海洋渔业养殖发展实际，围绕现代渔业、绿色渔业、深远海养殖、渔业产业链建设等重点领域，创新更贴合行业规律的金融产品，优化信贷审批与服务流程，灵活调整资金投放方式，更好满足渔业养殖领域不同经营主体、不同建设阶段的资金需求，切实为海洋渔业养殖发展提供稳定可靠的金融保障。

The Association expressed that financial institutions should further align with the actual development needs of marine aquaculture, focus on key areas such as modern fisheries, green fisheries, deep-sea aquaculture, and fisheries industry chain development, and innovate financial products that better match industry characteristics. It also suggested optimizing credit approval and service processes, flexibly adjusting funding methods, and better meeting the funding needs of different business entities and different development stages, so as to provide stable and reliable financial support for marine aquaculture development.

海南农商银行海口红城湖支行方面表示，将认真梳理本次座谈提出的意见和需求，结合海南海洋渔业养殖发展特点，深入研究针对性金融服务措施，量身打造适合渔业养殖领域的金融方案，并根据项目建设进度合理安排资金投放，不断提升金融服务的针对性和实效性。

The Haikou Hongchenghu Sub-branch of Hainan Rural Commercial Bank stated that it will carefully review the opinions and needs raised in this meeting, combine them with the characteristics of marine aquaculture development in Hainan, and further study targeted financial service measures. It will design suitable financial solutions for the aquaculture sector and reasonably arrange fund allocation according to project progress, continuously improving the relevance and effectiveness of financial services.

双方一致表示，将以此次交流为契机，建立常态化沟通对接机制，持续深化金融与渔业养殖领域的务实合作，共同破解行业融资难题，推动海洋渔业健康有序发展，为海南海洋经济建设和渔业养殖产业高质量发展提供有力保障。

Both sides agreed to take this exchange as an opportunity to establish a regular communication and coordination mechanism, continuously deepen practical cooperation between finance and the aquaculture sector, jointly address financing challenges in the industry, promote the healthy and orderly development of marine fisheries, and provide strong support for the construction of Hainan’s marine economy and the high-quality development of the aquaculture industry.
