2026年4月14日，2026海南自由贸易港热带特色高效农业产业链招商推介会在海口成功举办。海南省渔业协会受邀参会，深度聚焦海南现代渔业发展机遇，助力渔业产业招商落地与高质量发展。

On April 14, 2026, the 2026 Hainan Free Trade Port Tropical Efficient Agriculture Industry Chain Investment Promotion Conference was successfully held in Haikou. The Hainan Provincial Fisheries Association was invited to participate, where it focused on the development opportunities in Hainan’s modern fisheries sector and contributed to promoting investment, project implementation, and high-quality development of the fisheries industry.

海南省人大常委会党组成员、副主任孙大海，海南省农业农村厅党组书记、厅长、兼省乡村振兴局局长周俊，海南省农业农村厅党组成员、副厅长柳晓磊等领导同志出席本次推介会，省农业农村厅相关分管领导、各市县农业部门负责同志、重点农业企业代表及海南省渔业协会代表共同参会，为海南热带特色高效农业产业链招商工作凝聚合力、共绘蓝图。

Leaders attending the conference included Sun Dahai, Zhou Jun, and Liu Xiaolei, along with officials from the Hainan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, representatives from city and county agricultural authorities, key agricultural enterprises, and delegates from the Hainan Provincial Fisheries Association. Together, they worked to strengthen collaboration, promote investment, and support the high-quality development of Hainan’s tropical efficient agriculture industry chain.

本次推介会以“开放共赢·链动未来——打造热带特色高效农业新高地”为主题，全面展示海南热带农业发展优势与招商潜力。会上，海南省农业农村厅党组成员、副厅长柳晓磊重点推介了海南渔业核心竞争力：作为全国唯一全域热带省份，海南坐拥约200万平方公里广阔海域，2025年海水养殖业同比增长8.68%，工厂化养殖、深远海养殖水体规模均位居全国第三，万宁获评“东星斑之乡”，渔业发展动能强劲。海口市、儋州市等园区推介环节也同步发布了深海智慧养殖、渔光互补等重点渔业招商项目，海垦集团等龙头企业分享了渔业全产业链发展布局与合作机遇。

The conference, themed “Openness and Win-Win Cooperation” Linking the Future—Building a New Hub for Tropical Efficient Agriculture,” highlighted the strengths and investment potential of Hainan’s tropical agriculture. During the event, Liu Xiaolei emphasized the strong competitiveness of Hainan’s fisheries sector, noting that as China’s only fully tropical province, Hainan benefits from vast marine resources of about 2 million square kilometers. In 2025, marine aquaculture grew by 8.68%, with industrialized and deep-sea aquaculture both ranking third nationwide, while wanning earned recognition as the “Hometown of Pearl Group,” reflecting the sector’s strong growth momentum. Meanwhile, Haikou, Danzhou, and other parks introduced key projects such as deep-sea smart aquaculture and fishery–solar integration, while leading enterprises like Hainan State Farms Group shared insights into full industry chain development and future cooperation opportunities.

会议现场，多个渔业重点项目成功签约，涵盖深远海养殖、水产育苗、特色贝类加工等领域。其中，海南省渔业协会牵头推动的海南好又多渔业发展有限公司成功签约，正式从东方市引入海口美兰区落地，进一步打通了海南渔业产业链上下游协同发展通道，为海口美兰区渔业产业升级注入了新动能，也为海南热带特色高效农业产业链招商落地打造了优质样板。这既是企业看好自贸港渔业前景的有力体现，也是协会积极搭建政企桥梁、精准开展产业招商、助力优质项目落地的务实成效。

At the conference, several key fisheries projects were successfully signed, covering areas such as deep-sea aquaculture, aquatic seedling cultivation, and specialty shellfish processing. Among them, Hainan Haoyouduo Fisheries Development Co., Ltd., promoted by the Hainan Provincial Fisheries Association, was successfully signed and officially introduced from Dongfang City to Meilan District, Haikou. This development further strengthens the coordinated growth of the upstream and downstream segments of Hainan’s fisheries industry chain, injects new momentum into the upgrading of the fisheries sector in Meilan District, and serves as a strong model for advancing investment and project implementation within Hainan’s tropical efficient agriculture industry chain.This not only reflects the confidence of enterprises in the fisheries prospects of the Hainan Free Trade Port, but also demonstrates the Association’s effective role in building government–enterprise connections, carrying out targeted investment promotion, and facilitating the successful implementation of high-quality projects.

海南省渔业协会将以本次推介会为契机，充分发挥行业桥梁纽带作用，精准对接招商资源，推动更多优质渔业企业集聚海南、投资兴业，助力海南深远海养殖、渔旅融合等产业升级，为海南自贸港打造热带特色高效农业新高地贡献渔业力量。

The Hainan Provincial Fisheries Association will take this promotion conference as an opportunity to fully play its role as a bridge within the industry, precisely connect with investment resources, and promote more high-quality fisheries enterprises to gather in Hainan and invest in development. It will also support the upgrading of industries such as deep-sea aquaculture and fishery–tourism integration, contributing to the development of Hainan Free Trade Port as a new hub for tropical efficient agriculture through the strength of the fisheries sector.
