7月2日，2026深圳国际渔业博览会在深圳会展中心（福田）盛大启幕。本届展会以“聚全球渔贸，领蓝色科技”为核心主题，由中水集团远洋股份有限公司、深圳港集团联合主办，汇聚全国各省市渔业主管部门、行业协会、顶尖科研机构、头部渔业企业与海外商贸代表，是立足粤港澳大湾区、辐射全球水产流通与海洋科技的标杆性行业盛会。为抢抓全国渔业产业协同发展机遇，打通海南渔业对外流通、跨区域合作通道，推动海南特色渔业跳出岛内局限、面向全国、走向全球市场，海南省渔业协会会长钟英西带队赴深圳全程参会观展，主动对标国内一流渔业产业发展标杆，深度学习大湾区渔业科创、商贸流通、风险保障成熟经验，系统谋划海南现代渔业对外开放、全域升级长远布局。

      本次展会展览总面积达3万平方米，集聚百余家全产业链龙头企业，完整覆盖水产养殖、远洋捕捞、水产品精深加工、智慧海洋渔业、跨境水产贸易等核心赛道；同期配套金枪鱼开鱼展演、高端海鲜新品发布会、渔业绿色低碳发展高峰论坛、水产品全链条溯源研讨、国际高端金枪鱼专场竞拍等重磅特色活动，集中展出深远海智能养殖平台、数字化渔业管控系统、水产品溯源监管设备等前沿科创装备，汇聚全国渔业产业最新技术、贸易渠道与发展模式，产业集聚度、行业影响力、对外开放程度位居国内行业展会第一梯队。

      展会现场，海南椰梦生态文化产业投资有限公司、海南昌之茂食品有限公司、海南佳德信食品有限公司、海南国际水产品交易市场有限公司以及海南儋州一片海渔业专业合作社等海南渔业企业携特色产品、创新模式集中亮相展区，全方位展示海南热带水产产业发展成果，成为现场亮眼特色板块。

      海南省渔业协会驻足海南各企业展位细致观摩，与参展企业负责人深入交流产品优势、技术亮点、市场布局与对外拓展难点，同步聚焦智慧渔业产业化落地开展全方位调研，细致问询深远海养殖设备、数字化管控系统的市场化成本、实操成效与推广模式，结合海南广阔海域资源、深远海养殖产业基础，梳理可落地的技术引进、设备推广实施方案。

      海南省渔业协会会长提出，海南坐拥全国独一无二的南海优质渔场、热带水产种质资源，远洋捕捞是海南渔业特色核心业务，依托广阔南海作业海域，常年开展深远海捕捞作业，拥有悠久远海作业传统与完整远洋捕捞产销链条，远洋渔获出口优势显著。但海南渔业不能局限岛内狭小市场，远洋捕捞产能、热带特色水产外销空间仍有巨大提升潜力，要主动组织养殖、加工、远洋捕捞企业参加各类渔业产业活动，借鉴全国各处渔博会成熟办展经验，打造集热带水产展示、海洋渔业科创交流、国内外水产商贸对接、远洋产业合作于一体的区域性专业渔业展会，同步补齐远洋捕捞商贸对接、海外订单洽谈配套功能，打通海南远洋捕捞、热带养殖加工产品走向全国、远销海外的双向通道。

      针对海南渔民急难愁盼问题，海南省渔业协会会长钟英西专门与中国渔业互保协会理事长刘新中交流。面对近期赤潮灾害造成养殖损失、养殖渔民缺少保险兜底的现实难题，双方就渔业政策性保险、养殖风险保障机制建设深入沟通，共同推动养殖险在水产养殖领域落地，成为服务渔民、助力产业提质的关键抓手，让政策红利惠及更多渔民，为深海网箱养殖等特色产业护航。

     本次赴深圳渔博会观摩学习，既是一次对标先进、引进技术经验的考察之行，更是海南谋划渔业对外开放、筹办专业渔业展会的调研之行。海南省渔业协会认真借鉴全国渔博会成熟办展运营模式、全球客商招引机制、全产业链活动策划体系，明确海南省渔博会筹备核心方向：立足自贸港对外开放定位、海南渔业资源特色，打造集热带水产展示、海洋渔业科创交流、国内外水产商贸对接、远洋产业合作于一体的区域性专业渔业展会，搭建面向全球、联通全国的渔业交易合作平台，以渔博会为窗口展示海南渔业优势资源，吸引全国乃至海外客商走进海南，实现“引进来”与“走出去”双向联动。

     下一步，海南省渔业协会将牢牢把握自贸港区位开放优势与南海资源禀赋，持续深化与粤港澳大湾区渔业产业常态化交流协作，以科创赋能夯实产业核心竞争力，以完善风险保障护航市场开拓，以专业展会搭建对外合作桥梁。一方面持续引进先进渔业技术、商贸资源赋能全省养殖、加工、流通全产业链；另一方面大力引导全省渔业经营主体走出海南、拓展全国与海外市场，内外双向发力，全面推动海南现代渔业对外开放、全域高质量发展，助力海洋经济做强做优做大。

    Hainan Fisheries Association Invited to Shenzhen Fisheries Expo for Exchange and Learning, Activating New Momentum for the Development of Hainan’s Modern Fisheries

On July 2, the 2026 Shenzhen International Fisheries Expo officially opened at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian. With the theme “Gathering Global Fisheries Trade, Leading Blue Technology,” the expo was jointly hosted by China National Fisheries Corporation Ocean Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Port Group.

The event brought together fisheries authorities from different provinces and cities across China, industry associations, leading research institutions, major fisheries enterprises, and overseas trade representatives. It is an important industry event based in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and connected to global aquatic product circulation and marine technology.

In order to seize opportunities for coordinated development in the national fisheries industry, open up external circulation and cross-regional cooperation channels for Hainan fisheries, and promote Hainan’s distinctive fisheries beyond the island toward national and global markets, Zhong Yingxi, President of the Hainan Fisheries Association, led a delegation to attend and visit the expo. The association actively compared Hainan’s development with leading domestic fisheries models, studied the Greater Bay Area’s mature experience in fisheries technology innovation, trade circulation, and risk protection, and systematically planned the long-term development of Hainan’s modern fisheries in opening up and overall upgrading.

The exhibition covered a total area of 30,000 square meters and gathered more than 100 leading enterprises from across the full fisheries industry chain. It covered key sectors such as aquaculture, distant-water fishing, deep processing of aquatic products, smart marine fisheries, and cross-border aquatic product trade.

At the same time, the expo also held several major activities, including a tuna cutting performance, a new high-end seafood product launch, a green and low-carbon fisheries development forum, a seminar on full-chain aquatic product traceability, and an international high-end tuna auction. Advanced technological equipment such as deep-sea smart aquaculture platforms, digital fisheries management systems, and aquatic product traceability and supervision devices were also displayed. The expo brought together the latest technologies, trade channels, and development models in China’s fisheries industry, making it one of the leading fisheries exhibitions in China in terms of industry concentration, influence, and openness.

At the exhibition site, several Hainan fisheries enterprises, including Hainan Yemeng Ecological Culture Industry Investment Co., Ltd., Hainan Changzhimao Food Co., Ltd., Hainan Jiadexin Food Co., Ltd., Hainan International Aquatic Products Trading Market Co., Ltd., and Hainan Danzhou Yipianhai Fisheries Professional Cooperative, appeared in the exhibition area with their featured products and innovative models. They fully displayed the achievements of Hainan’s tropical aquatic industry and became a distinctive highlight of the event.

The Hainan Fisheries Association carefully visited the booths of Hainan enterprises and held in-depth discussions with company representatives about product advantages, technical highlights, market layout, and difficulties in external market expansion. At the same time, the association focused on the industrial application of smart fisheries, conducting detailed research on the market cost, practical results, and promotion models of deep-sea aquaculture equipment and digital management systems. Based on Hainan’s broad marine resources and foundation in deep-sea aquaculture, the association explored practical plans for introducing technology and promoting equipment application.

The President of the Hainan Fisheries Association stated that Hainan has unique high-quality fishing grounds in the South China Sea and rich tropical aquatic germplasm resources. Distant-water fishing is one of the core features of Hainan’s fisheries industry. Relying on the vast operating waters of the South China Sea, Hainan has long carried out deep-sea and distant-water fishing operations. It also has a long tradition of offshore fishing and a complete production and sales chain for distant-water fisheries, giving it strong advantages in seafood export.

However, Hainan’s fisheries industry should not be limited to the small island market. There is still great potential to increase the output capacity of distant-water fishing and expand the external sales of tropical specialty aquatic products. The association should actively organize aquaculture, processing, and distant-water fishing enterprises to participate in various fisheries industry events, learn from the mature experience of fisheries expos across China, and create a regional professional fisheries exhibition. This exhibition should integrate tropical aquatic product display, marine fisheries technology exchange, domestic and international aquatic product trade matchmaking, and distant-water industry cooperation. It should also improve supporting functions such as trade matchmaking for distant-water fishing and overseas order negotiations, so as to open two-way channels for Hainan’s distant-water fishing products and tropical aquaculture processed products to enter the national market and be exported overseas.

In response to the urgent concerns of Hainan fishermen, Zhong Yingxi, President of the Hainan Fisheries Association, also held a special discussion with Liu Xinzhong, Chairman of the China Fishery Mutual Insurance Association. Regarding the recent aquaculture losses caused by red tide disasters and the lack of insurance protection for aquaculture fishermen, both sides exchanged views on policy-based fisheries insurance and the construction of aquaculture risk protection mechanisms. They agreed to jointly promote the implementation of aquaculture insurance in the aquatic farming sector, making it an important measure to serve fishermen and support industrial upgrading. This will allow more fishermen to benefit from policy support and provide protection for specialty industries such as deep-sea cage aquaculture.

This visit to the Shenzhen Fisheries Expo was not only a study trip to learn from advanced examples and introduce technologies and experience, but also a research trip for Hainan to plan the opening up of its fisheries industry and prepare for a professional fisheries exhibition.

The Hainan Fisheries Association carefully studied the mature operation models of fisheries expos across China, the mechanisms for attracting global buyers, and the planning system for full-industry-chain activities. The association clarified the main direction for preparing the Hainan Fisheries Expo: based on the opening-up positioning of the Free Trade Port and the distinctive fisheries resources of Hainan, it will build a regional professional fisheries exhibition integrating tropical aquatic product display, marine fisheries technology exchange, domestic and international aquatic product trade matchmaking, and distant-water industry cooperation. The goal is to create a global and national fisheries trading and cooperation platform, use the fisheries expo as a window to display Hainan’s fisheries advantages, attract domestic and overseas buyers to Hainan, and achieve two-way development through both “bringing in” and “going out.”

Next, the Hainan Fisheries Association will firmly seize the opening-up advantages of the Free Trade Port and the resource advantages of the South China Sea. It will continue to deepen regular exchanges and cooperation with the fisheries industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The association will use technological innovation to strengthen the core competitiveness of the industry, improve risk protection to support market expansion, and build external cooperation bridges through professional exhibitions. On the one hand, it will continue to introduce advanced fisheries technologies and trade resources to support Hainan’s full industry chain, including aquaculture, processing, and circulation. On the other hand, it will strongly guide fisheries business entities across the province to go beyond Hainan and expand into national and overseas markets.

Through both internal and external efforts, the association will comprehensively promote the opening up and high-quality development of Hainan’s modern fisheries, and help strengthen, improve, and expand the marine economy.
