2026年4月20日，海南省渔业协会与清电能源集团有限公司举行交流座谈会，双方围绕海洋牧场建设、新能源产业布局以及“海洋牧场+清电能源”协同发展等议题展开深入洽谈，共同探讨产业融合路径与合作机制。

On April 20, 2026, the Hainan Provincial Fisheries Association and Qingdian Energy Group Co., Ltd. held a discussion meeting. Both sides conducted in-depth talks on topics including marine ranch construction, new energy industry layout, and the coordinated development of “marine ranch + Qingdian Energy,” and jointly explored paths for industrial integration and cooperation mechanisms.

Vice President Qian Feng of Qingdian Energy Group and Hainan project representative Tian Hualin, along with their delegation, visited; the President, Senior Advisor, strategic experts, and other staff of the Hainan Fisheries Association attended the meeting.

会上，清电能源集团副总裁钱枫介绍了其在海上风电、氢能源等领域的发展规划及项目落地需求，表示希望与海南优质海洋渔业资源进行深度对接，打造新能源与海洋产业联动的新模式。

At the meeting, Vice President Qian Feng introduced the company’s development plans in offshore wind power, hydrogen energy, and other fields, as well as project implementation needs. He expressed the hope to closely connect with Hainan’s high-quality marine fisheries resources and to develop a new model integrating new energy and marine industries.

协会及海洋养殖方面向对方详细介绍了海南现有优质海洋牧场资源及前期推进情况，双方一致认为，应依托成熟的海洋牧场项目作为基础，同步配套推进相关项目落地，共同构建网箱养殖与风电、光电、氢能协同发展的产业新格局。

The Association and representatives from the marine aquaculture sector provided a detailed introduction to Hainan’s existing high-quality marine ranch resources and the progress made so far. Both sides agreed that mature marine ranch projects should be used as a foundation, with coordinated advancement of related projects, to jointly build a new industrial pattern integrating cage aquaculture with wind power, photovoltaic energy, and hydrogen energy.

在合作探讨中，双方就项目建设节奏、资金配套方案、运营模式等关键内容形成了清晰思路。针对新能源项目落地所需要的海域配套及产业支撑需求，双方明确约定，需以海洋牧场项目为先行基础，同步推进相关配套项目的规划与实施。

During the cooperation discussions, both sides formed clear ideas on key aspects such as project construction pace, funding support plans, and operational models. Regarding the sea area support and industrial support required for the implementation of new energy projects, both sides agreed that marine ranch projects should serve as the primary foundation, with related supporting projects planned and implemented simultaneously.

我会会长表示，海南正加快推进海洋经济绿色转型，渔业与新能源的融合发展具备广阔前景。海南省渔业协会将充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，协助鱼风互补、共谋发展，并全力配合清电能源集团在儋州相关风电及氢能源项目的审批协调工作，共同推动项目合规、高效、加快落地。

The President of the Association stated that Hainan is accelerating the green transformation of its marine economy, and the integrated development of fisheries and new energy has broad prospects. The Hainan Fisheries Association will fully play its role as a bridge, support the integration of fisheries and wind power for joint development, and actively assist Qingdian Energy Group in coordinating the approval of wind power and hydrogen energy projects in Danzhou, to promote compliant, efficient, and accelerated project implementation.

双方一致表示，此次座谈是双方优势互补、共谋发展的良好开端。后续将加快细化合作方案，完善落地路径，探索多元化合作模式，共同推动海洋牧场与新能源产业协同发展，为海南海洋经济绿色转型贡献力量。

Both sides agreed that this meeting marks a good start for complementary advantages and joint development. In the future, they will accelerate the refinement of cooperation plans, improve implementation pathways, explore diversified cooperation models, and jointly promote the coordinated development of marine ranching and new energy industries, contributing to the green transformation of Hainan’s marine economy.
